In a curated workshop to ensure safer communities, BEYOND CARLTON in collaboration with Bangalore Apartments’ Federation(BAF) flagged off #FireSense101 for Estate Managers.

The workshop content and trainers were curated by BEYOND CARLTON, and facilitation, coordination, participation was led by BAF. 

Twenty-two large residential areas were represented by their Estate Managers. The sessions included aspects of layout plans, hazards identification, risk assessment, and mitigation. The Workshop was designed to be interactive to enhance learning outcomes. Participant involvement was high throughout the workshop exercises. Aspects of risk, emergency response, compliance, and community engagement were delivered in practical terms, and were enablers. The Estate Managers gave high scores on feedback, and a series of workshops, and training is planned in continuation.
